Guard Checkpoint support
Guard Checkpoint is for authorised security guards and site administrators.
Register a phone
Ask your supervisor to create a one-time registration key. Open Guard Checkpoint, choose Register this phone, and enter the key. Keys expire after 48 hours and register one phone.
Help with access
If your phone is disabled, ask your supervisor to reactivate it. For registration problems, copy the Phone Registration ID from Phone connection and provide it to your supervisor. Do not send passwords or access keys in a support enquiry.
Scans waiting to send
Reconnect to the internet and use Retry. Keep the app installed until pending records have been received. Reading a tag or saving locally is not confirmation that the server received the record.
