Plan limits & owner controls

Numeric limits apply when adding or reactivating guards, checkpoints and report recipients. Existing records and patrol uploads remain available. Client superusers can upgrade from Plan & Billing. Owner controls below do not collect payments.
Usage counts active assigned guards, active checkpoints and saved report recipient addresses. A guard assigned to several sites counts once at each site. Plus starts at 10 guards and 100 checkpoints; larger requirements need owner review.
Scan history
Capture and receipt times remain separate when a phone uploads later.
Patrol coverage
Phone contact
Last successful upload; this is not a live connection indicator.
Explicit due times
A missing scan may still be on an offline phone.
Clients & sites
Create clients and sites, then assign people. New sites have no checkpoints or recipients and automatic email starts Off. Deactivating a site or client closes its guard assignments; records are preserved.
Choose the time zone where the site is located. Site dates, shifts, scans and email times use this zone, including daylight saving where applicable. South Australia uses Adelaide; most of Western Australia uses Perth. Sites with recorded shifts keep their original time zone to preserve their history.
Shift hours
Guard override → site default → client default → platform default. Defaults are controlled by the superuser; administrators can edit guard overrides.
Choose a future shift-start date. Current and historical shifts keep their hours. Times use the site timezone, including daylight saving.
Plan the patrol starts
Choose the first and last patrol starts for the selected shift date. Allow time for the guard’s briefing before the first patrol and for the final patrol to finish before the configured shift stop.

View checkpoint locations, tag identifiers and verification status.
Checkpoints & NFC Tags
Add a scan point, edit its location or disable it. Replacing a tag retires the old identifier. Previous scans and location revisions are preserved.
Changes take effect when saved. Refresh the checkpoint register on patrol phones after a change. Disabled points are excluded from future patrol requirements. Moving a point or replacing its tag resets field verification.
